For some people it can be devastating, for others it can be a time filled with hope for a healthier and more meaningful life. I've worked with folks through all stages of the divorce process. Some folks are still deciding if they'd like to get a divorce (I'm happy to sit in the ambivalence with you as long as you need), some are going through it, mourning and exhausted from all the little decisions you make in the process, and some are at the end celebrating or moving to their next chapter. Whatever stage, I'm happy to sit with you in it.
