I know what it feels like to compare myself to others and feel "lesser than", to feel like I need to be doing more to be good enough, and to feel like I need to hide parts of myself for fear of being judged. This creates a lot an anxiety in the body, which disrupts the sense of inner peace that you deserve to experience. Through my own journey, I have become an expert at helping people heal the developmental trauma and attachment wounding that occur for so many of us, and I can help you feel more peaceful, whole, and secure in your relationships.

Treatment Approach
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: I practice using a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Compassionate Inquiry (CI), which was developed by Dr. Gabor Mate to treat trauma and addiction. Both approaches utilizes a series of inquiries to guide the client deep into their minds and bodies to address the root cause of trauma and resulting symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and addiction. These are somatic approaches that target beliefs, stored emotions, and include inner child work.
