Jillian Lees

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
My therapeutic approach focuses on the whole person. Specifically, working with female clients. We carry many different identities within ourselves. I want to assist, through a strengths' based approach, on how you can feel better and obtain greater awareness of your thoughts and behaviors, and why we think and act in certain ways. I work in a collaborative manner with clients, on what may work best for their individual healing. My therapeutic approaches include solutions focused, humanistic, and mindfulness. But I tailor therapy sessions to the individual person, so some therapeutic approaches may be outside of this box.

As a therapist, I think it is crucial to have a strong supportive environment. The therapeutic relationship is what allows for progress which is built on trust. I take time to get to know the people I work with in order to understand their background and what they are bringing into each session. I value and respect the people I work with and their narrative.
