Most men who reach out to me aren’t falling apart, they’re holding everything together while feeling numb, overwhelmed, or disconnected inside. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. You don’t need perfect words or a dramatic story to work with me. You just need the truth of where you are.
My work is grounded, direct, patient, and honest. I help men explore the deeper layers of identity, trauma, shame, and relationships, the things you were never given the space to talk about. I’m not here to lecture you or nod quietly. I’m here to help you understand yourself in a way that finally makes sense and opens something inside you that’s been shut for a long time.
If you’re ready for therapy that actually means something, I’m here for you.

Treatment Approach
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
Approach Description: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used and effective form of psychotherapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is based on the premise that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and changing negative thought patterns can lead to changes in emotional well-being and behavior.
Although I use a multitude of interventions, I do enjoy using CBT in order to identify unhelpful thought processes and create a dynamic for clients to rewire those negative thought cycles.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy draws inspiration from traditional mindfulness meditation practices and integrates them into therapeutic techniques to help individuals manage various mental health challenges.
I enjoy using mindfulness-based therapy with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self esteem, and trust.
Embarking on the path of healing from trauma and PTSD is a courageous and transformative journey, and as a therapist specializing in trauma recovery, I am here to offer unwavering support. In the therapeutic space, we navigate the complex terrain of trauma, gently exploring the emotional aftermath and working towards resilience. Together, we address the impact on your daily life, relationships, and sense of self, using a trauma-informed approach rooted in empathy and understanding. My goal is to empower you with coping strategies, foster self-compassion, and guide you towards reclaiming a sense of safety and control. I am here to stand alongside you, providing a safe and nurturing space for your unique process of healing and growth. Your strength is already remarkable, and I am committed to supporting you every step of the way towards reclaiming a life of balance and well-being.
Strength-Based Therapy focuses on identifying and building upon an individual's strengths, resources, and capacities rather than solely addressing weaknesses or problems. My goal is to empower you, fostering a positive and optimistic view of your abilities, resilience, and potential for growth.

I specialize in therapy for adult men who feel stuck, numb, lost, or weighed down by past experiences. Whether it’s trauma, emotional withdrawal, relationship struggles, shame, identity confusion, or a strong inner pressure to “hold everything together,” I help men understand themselves on a deeper level and build clarity, stability, and direction.
This is not surface level therapy. My work blends insight, emotional depth, and practical guidance. We explore the real roots of what you’re feeling and the patterns shaping your life so you can make meaningful, long-term change rather than temporary fixes or coping skills that never address the core.
I offer weekly sessions, deeper trauma and identity-focused work, and a concierge option for men who want consistent support between sessions.
