Hey Survivor, are you tired of feeling guilty and overwhelmed all the time? Everyone else seems so together and you're stuck battling your past? I get it. My name is Rebecca Castle-Waller and I help badass women with trauma become present in their lives and in their relationships, so you can actually enjoy this life you've built.
Many of my clients grew up in chaotic and unstable homes where from a young age they started taking care of others. Making meals, waking their parents up for work, getting their siblings off to school. From there, you went on to take care of your partner and your kiddos while also working hard to keep everything running smoothly. Now with work and relationships and family drama and life you feel constantly stressed out and like you should be doing more. Oh, and you're doing all of this while facing nightmares, flashbacks, numbness, random waves of anger, and the like. Who's taking care of you?
Let's give you a space where you can be your messy, imperfect self so you can finally take care of you. It's time to heal your trauma, you've built an amazing life and you deserve to actually live it.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
