I work with clients who are struggling with how they relate to themselves and those around them. My focus is to help hone their ability to evaluate how they relate to themselves with a view to addressing whatever they've come into therapy for. During our first sessions, I'll try to understand what you are facing, address any concerns and questions with a view agreeing goals for our work together.

- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: My client is at the centre of my approach to therapy. I work with them to help achieve their objectives and to help develop a more understanding and accepting relationship to themselves. Ultimately, I believe that everyone is their own life expert. By working with my clients, I believe that we can help fine tune this expertise in a way that helps deliver on what they've come into therapy for.

We live in a challenging climate where it is sometimes hard to see the wood for the trees with the various expectations, challenges and obligations that life throws our way.
Lqa therapy is a confidential psychotherapy practice which aims to create a safe, calm, non-judgemental space to allow you to explore what you've come into therapy for.
I am a registered psychotherapist (UKCP) and I have a Masters (MSc) in Person centred psychotherapy. I see clients online and in person at 53 Davies Street, London W1. I work with adults (18+) offering both short and long-term psychotherapy depending on what you need.
I worked in advertising for 25 years prior to becoming a psychotherapist, so I understand the challenges of balancing the stresses of work with life at home. My blend of professional experiences allows me to work with clients who are looking to overcome any challenges, especially around race, sexuality, gender, culture and creating a work/life balance.
