I am client-centered and my intervention strategies and treatment plans are catered to each individual. I have a very holistic approach to therapy and am committed to helping my clients create a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I help individuals and couples decrease self-defeating behaviors, improve self-esteem, cope with life’s everyday stressors, and communicate more effectively. I incorporate IFS, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and somatic experiencing in our work together. For those that desire, I offer walk and talk nature therapy.

Treatment Approach
