Welcome! Therapy is my passion and I feel grateful to be able to help clients change their lives and feel happier.
I truly believe that with diraction and understanding anyone can overcome their unique challenges. I integrate different approaches (including EMDR, Mindfulness, ACT, Attachment theory, etc.) to help clients develop coping skills, re-frame thinking and behavior and make changes in order to move past the problems and negative emotions.
I am also relationship therapist and help couples in restoring loving, compassionate relationship and communication.
