Treatment Approach

  • Please note that I have limited sliding scale openings and they are based on your current income. I'm happy to help you obtain out of network benefits as well, especially if you have a PPO plan. I am happy to chat about both of these options, as making therapy affordable is something I feel strongly about!

I create a safe environment via video conferencing where you can attend therapy from the comfort of your own home, in a space without judgment where you can truly be yourself. I utilize evidence-based interventions to help you learn to manage and overcome anxiety, depression, mood swings, low confidence, and stress - whether it is due to social situations, life changes, work environment, trauma, or just something you've always dealt with - we can create a treatment plan specialized to fit your unique needs. Therapies I use include Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which I combine with a collaborative approach based on your level of need, in addition to educating you on the how's and why's of each intervention we use. I believe empowering and educating people is the key to success when it comes to creating lasting change in our lives. I have years of experiencing working both online and in person with individuals, couples, and families. I primarily work with those in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as teens, and young to middle-aged adults. Helping others discover and become more confident in who they are so they can shine is one of my passions.
