EMDR is utilized to process and resolve past traumatic experiences that have negatively impacted self-esteem, fostering cognitive and emotional healing. SE addresses the physiological aspects of low self-esteem, helping clients release stored tension and restore a sense of balance. This comprehensive approach supports clients in developing a healthier self-concept, improving emotional resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.

It's learning to take excellent care of ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually so we can share with our friends and family from our overflow, instead of being selfish and needy. It's the job of adults to take care of ourselves first, so we can take care of others.
