A Place of Growth Practice Description
Providing children, teen, and adult psychotherapy in San Diego. We will work with you using evidenced-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Therapy including Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Play Therapy and Parent Child Interaction Therapy in San Diego. Our therapists have a wide range of experience utilizing evidenced based practices and working with both individuals and families needing therapy in San Diego as well as online throughout the State of California. We are currently accepting new clients and strive to schedule all clients within 1 week. We know how important it is for you to begin therapy to overcome your current struggles that you are experiencing in life.
