Approach Description:
The approaches used by therapists can be various. At Conscious MFT, post-modern therapy modalities, including solution-focused and narrative therapies, are most commonly used modalities aside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Another exemplary method is utilization of multimodalities by assimilating different modalities in different phases of therapy for each client to accommodate the best approaches for their issues or presenting symptoms which has been used by a leading therapist. So, no two clients' treatment approaches would look the same as tailored approach to each client based on their needs and presentation is the key method promoted at Conscious MFT. The relationship between the therapist and the client is an essential part of the therapy to be successful. Asking questions to your therapist if the client has any concerns about their treatment area would be most helpful.
