Jay Shaw (He/Him)

Hypnotherapist, CHt (Certified Hypnotherapist)
Most high performers don't have a strategy problem. They have an identity problem. The beliefs, triggers, and automatic responses running in the background are the real ceiling and talking about them only gets you so far. I'm Jay Shaw, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and creator of Identity 2.0 Neural Reprogramming, based in Richardson, TX and serving the greater Dallas area and clients nationwide. My work targets the subconscious architecture driving your patterns and replaces it at the root. A systematic rebuild across 12 dimensions of identity tailored specifically to you. In-person and virtual options available. If you're done managing what you want eliminated, book a strategy call at hypnosisdallastx.com.

Treatment Approach

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
  • Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
  • Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
Approach Description: Identity 2.0 is installation-based, not insight-based. My clients aren't looking for another conversation about why they're stuck they want the pattern gone. I use clinical hypnotherapy and NLP to access the subconscious structures driving unwanted behavior and replace them with new identity-level defaults. Sessions are structured, direct, and trackable. Every client works through a 12-dimension identity framework customized to their specific presenting patterns whether that's performance under pressure, self-sabotage, anxiety, or habit elimination.
