Life doesn't always go as planned, but with the right support, healing and growth are possible. Perhaps you’ve tried to heal on your own or leaned on friends and family, but it no longer feels like enough. Whether you're carrying a recent wound or something that’s been with you for years, it’s time to find relief. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and that’s okay. I’m here to welcome you with care and guide you through this important step. You’re ready for someone to stand beside you in these difficult moments and help you move forward. Together, we can create space for healing and a brighter, steadier headspace.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples through challenges such as anxiety, depression, infidelity, grief, life transitions, and sexual concerns. With years of experience as a sexologist, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to begin therapy. I bring a humanistic and science-based approach, offering a space of empathy and authenticity.
In our work together, you are invited to show up just as you are. No expectations, no pressure. Therapy is a space without limits, where all parts of your experience are welcome and there is no such thing as “too much information”. Whatever you're moving through, I’ll be right by your side.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: With years of experience as a sexologist, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to begin therapy. Now practicing as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I bring a humanistic and science-based approach, offering a space of empathy, authenticity, and non-judgment.
