Too often, we exhaust ourselves trying to control the uncontrollable—I understand, I’ve been there. My mission is to normalize your experience: your reactive moments aren't a failure, they are your nervous system responding to stress. As a Polyvagal-informed Social Worker, I provide a space to soothe that 'survival mode' and regain your clarity. By stabilizing your internal compass, you don’t just survive the teen years—you transform the entire family dynamic from the inside out.

- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Biopsychosocial Therapy Takes into account biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding mental health. It looks at the whole person, not just symptoms.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.

My coaching is centered entirely on you. I believe that when a mother feels biologically safe and grounded, she becomes the anchor for the entire family. Using Polyvagal-informed tools, I help you understand why your body shifts into "survival mode" (fight-or-flight) during conflicts with your teen.
The goal is to normalize your physiological responses so you can regulate them effectively. Together, we build emotional resilience by shifting your nervous system from "reactive" to "calm and connected."
