Ariana is passionate about working with populations holding intersectional identities. She supports adolescence and young adults in navigating their identity, relationships, and life transitions. As a queer, multiethnic therapist, she also has a passion for working with LGBTQ+ folks and people of color, holding space for the ways oppression, intergenerational trauma, and systemic barriers intersect with mental health.
As a multicultural, multiethnic therapist of Mexican and Polish heritage, I understand what it’s like to exist in the in-between—navigating identity, belonging, and the push and pull of different cultural expectations. I work closely with couples and those in non-monogamous relationships, using the Gottman Method, attachment-based therapy, and relational interventions to uncover disconnections and help you experience your relationships in their fullest, healthiest form. I also support couples working through sexual discrepancies, ineffective communication, and patterns of conflict that create distance rather than connection. Using Nonviolent Communication (NVC), I help partners develop deeper understanding, express needs with clarity, and cultivate emotional and physical intimacy in ways that feel safe and fulfilling for both partners.

Approach Description: I approach therapy through an intersectional identity, systems, attachment- and trauma-informed lens, centering safety, trust, and connection. I know how deeply relational wounds—whether from caregivers, partners, or society itself—shape the way we move through the world. And I know that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Together, we’ll untangle the patterns that no longer serve you, gently challenge the narratives that have kept you stuck, and build new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more aligned, more possible, and more yours.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to explain the realities of oppression—you get to focus on you. I hold space for the anger, grief, exhaustion, and longing that can come with navigating a world that often feels like too much. But more than that, I hold space for your joy, resilience, and power.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will move at your pace, honor the wisdom of your survival, and walk alongside you as you build something new—I’m here.

The Depth Collective is an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, anti-ableist, culturally sensitive psychotherapy practice centering the needs of the Diaspora, LGBTQIA+ intersections (QTBIPOC), Neurodivergent and Gifted Folx, and Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) as well as other marginalized communities
The values of our practice are as follows:
Liberation
Accessing and exercising mental, emotional, social and cultural freedom by ejecting internalized oppressive messages about our identities and placement in the world. Our practice empowers individuals to recognize and discard these harmful messages, embracing their true value and potential for liberation and self-empowerment.
Decolonization
Focused on deconstructing unconscious oppressive white supremacist narratives. Decolonization reawakens our true indigenous narratives that have been long tarnished by the colonial lens. By amplifying these indigenous narratives, we guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery, enabling them to reclaim their authentic identities and perspectives, liberated from colonial constraints.
Reclamation
Reclamation is about embracing and honoring parts of us and our history that have been silenced and disavowed through systems of oppression. In our supportive environment, individuals are encouraged to explore and celebrate these aspects of themselves, empowering them to reclaim and integrate these silenced parts, fostering wholeness.
Emplacement
Celebrating ourselves in our bodies, hearts, minds, and souls by centering ourselves and our intersectional identities in spaces where they are celebrated, not just tolerated. Our practice provides a space where individuals feel valued and seen, empowering them to thrive with purposeful engagement within themselves and communities.
Emergence
Embarking on a consciousness-raising process, embracing our shadows and moving toward wholeness. Through guided exploration and reflection, we help individuals uncover disavowed unconscious material, facilitating personal growth and integrating transformation toward greater self-awareness and agency.
Accountability
Emphasizing responsibility for our actions and their impacts on social injustices, this value fosters honesty, transparency, and continuous learning. We encourage self-reflection, recognition of biases, and a commitment to equitable relationships, thereby promoting personal growth and stronger, more inclusive communities.
