Change can be scary. One part of you may long for change and another part depends on the familiarity of doing what works in the moment, even if if comes with long-term damage. In our work, we explore if there is any ambivalence and resolve before we get to the business of change.
I am a summa cum laude graduate in both my undergraduate and master's programs and have extensive training in the treatment of: trauma, relationship issues, OCD, codependence, substance use disorder, co-occurring issues, and grief, including complicated grief.
