Approach Description: I find it helpful to pull from various theoretical orientations and to incorporate multiple techniques into a collaborative therapeutic relationship that is tailored to the needs of each individual client. I tend to draw upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles most often in my work, as I find that addressing our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions often gets at the root of many issues.
