At Embrace Family Therapy we work together to reach your goals. I understand that you will see me an hour a week, or every other week, and the rest of the time you will be dealing with things on your own. My goal is to equip you with the tools you will need to experience rest everywhere, not just when we're together. We work in an office, but are not limited to staying within these four walls during our session. Sometimes, if it's not scorching hot outside, we may take a walk towards the local park near by, meditate near the fountain in our courtyard, or sit on the stairs. Not all people are the same and to the best of our ability we adapt to your personal desires. We understand it took courage to reach out, heck, it took courage to start searching! You have more strengths than you are aware of, and we will reconnect you with them so you can start to feel the way you want to. You will experience relief, peace, and confidence in yourself.
