Treatment Approach
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Combines low doses of ketamine with psychotherapy to treat depression, trauma, and anxiety. It can provide relief when other methods haven’t worked.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.

My practice focuses on helping women heal from anxiety, depression, relationship wounds, and the lasting effects of stress and trauma. I specialize in working with women who feel disconnected from themselves, struggle with self-worth, or feel stuck in patterns of overgiving, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we work to rebuild a sense of safety in the body, develop healthier thought and behavior patterns, and strengthen self-trust and emotional resilience.
I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT with parts-informed and nervous system regulation work. Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and paced to each client’s readiness. In addition to practical coping tools, we explore deeper healing through self-compassion, boundary development, and mind-body awareness.
My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and understood while gaining the skills and insight needed for lasting change. I believe healing is not just about symptom reduction, it’s about reconnecting with your authentic self and building a more grounded, empowered life.
I also offer women's groups and therapy intensives for those who want to work through their trauma or other issues in longer time frame.
