Many of our clients come to therapy because they are struggling with low mood, distressing thoughts and anxiety, major life changes and transitions, prenatal and postpartum challenges, or feeling isolated and alone. I support clients in understanding their struggles and developing tools to cope using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
