Approach Description: My approach to therapy is empathic and goal-oriented. I also believe that while therapy is hard, humor is also important. My clients have commented that this has helped them through tougher sessions. My approach is backed by evidence-based practices of cognitive-behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness.
