Jane Kraft Practice Description
I aim to meet people where they are at in life. I listen to their goals, help them identify their values, then formulate a plan to work with them towards helping them get their goals met and live a more rewarding and peaceful life. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and use an integrative approach. I am passionate about working with women to support their mental health particularly around child birth and post partum.
