Drawing from my personal experience as an artist, business owner, immigrant, and parent, I bring warmth, insight, and deep understanding to my work as a therapist. My approach is compassionate, attentive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection and self-discovery. I embrace an anti-oppressive and intersectional perspective, recognizing the profound impact of systemic and cultural factors on mental health. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered on your path toward growth and healing.

Treatment Approach
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
Approach Description: Gestalt therapy is all about deepening self-awareness, both within ourselves and in relationship with others, so we can respond to life more fully in the present moment. This approach often includes creative and experiential techniques like art, movement, role-play, and other embodied, non-verbal expressions, opening up new ways to explore our experiences.
There’s no one-size-fits-all method to the way I work. We will follow your unique path toward healing, inviting curiosity, commitment, and the courage to step into the unknown. We will create a space where meaning can emerge, and new choices become possible. You are the expert on your own life, and I trust in your ability to move toward growth in your own way, at your own pace. I am here to support you in this.
