I've found that the ways we move through the world are often reflective of how we've learned to survive and do the best we can. But if you'd like to cope differently, or feel that the way you're showing up in your life and relationships isn't serving you anymore, I'm here to walk alongside you as you explore new ways of being.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: I believe therapy is, at its core, a relationship. By centering my clients' needs, identities, and unique life experiences, we are able to collaborate on an approach to care that feels aligned with their unique goals.

Our work will be guided by curiosity, and from a feminist, strength-based lens I will do my best to support you as you move closer towards your own definition of healing. This may look like expanding and reinforcing your coping skills, establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries, or fostering your sense of self-compassion. With honesty, compassion, and humor, we will work together to better understand how you got to where you are so that you can continue to build a life - and relationship with yourself - that feels good to you.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and honors all bodies and identities. As your collaborator in this process, we'll work together to create a space that centers and is responsive to your identity, and takes into account the context of your unique lived experience. And, as a white therapist, I am committed to questioning and challenging systems of white supremacy, as well as my own anti-racist work and education.
