I believe meaningful therapy looks beyond the surface. Sometimes you already know what you should be doing, the harder part is understanding what keeps getting in the way. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, relationships, emotional experiences, and nervous system responses that may be contributing to how you feel, while building the insight and tools to create meaningful change. My approach is integrative by design. With a background in psychology, nutrition, and holistic wellness, I view emotional well-being through a whole-person lens, recognizing the connection between your mind, body, nervous system, relationships, daily habits, and life experiences. Rather than relying on one therapeutic model, I draw primarily from relational and attachment-based therapy while integrating approaches such as IFS, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and nervous-system regulation based on your individual needs.

Treatment Approach

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) An evidence-based treatment for PTSD that teaches clients to reframe unhelpful thoughts about trauma. It helps reduce guilt, shame, and fear.
  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
  • Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My work is rooted in relational and attachment-based therapy. So much of who we are, how we love, how we protect ourselves, how we reach for connection, was shaped inside early relationships. In our work together, the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a gentle place to notice those patterns, offer them compassion, and slowly practice something new. Alongside this, I weave in the tools that fit you best, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and nutrition, always in service of the relationship we build.
