I believe that therapy should feel like a conversation — one grounded in trust, authenticity, and mutual respect. Whether you're here for support with parenting, neurodivergence, anxiety, or just navigating life’s curveballs, you deserve a space where your experiences are understood, and your voice is heard.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: Life isn’t always easy to balance — especially when you’re juggling parenting, school pressures, work expectations, and all the unpredictable turns life throws your way. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just worn thin, you're not alone — and you don't have to navigate it alone either.
With nearly a decade of frontline experience supporting children, families, and individuals with dual diagnoses, I’ve worked across schools, Supported Living settings, and private practice. These roles have allowed me to build a deep understanding of how mental health, learning, behavior, and relationships intersect — and more importantly, how to support meaningful, lasting change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and have received advanced training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT), and Collaborative Problem Solving. I believe no single approach fits everyone, so we'll collaborate to find a strategy that aligns with your values, needs, and comfort level — and adapt along the way if needed.
Whether you’re a parent navigating challenges with your child, a teen feeling lost in the school system, or an adult dealing with stress, anxiety, or burnout — we’ll create a plan tailored to your goals. Together, we can build skills, improve balance, and create space for the things that matter most: connection, joy, and resilience.
Let’s talk about what you need — and what’s possible.
