- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
Approach Description: In our work together, we'll create a treatment plan tailored to your goals that may include building coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and strengthening your connection to yourself and others. Over time, many clients notice increased clarity, emotional balance, and a greater sense of confidence in how they move through life.
