Therapy works best when you don't have to navigate it alone. I bring a warm, curious, and non-judgmental presence to our work, viewing therapy not as an expert fixing a problem, but as an active collaboration. Together, we create a safe, steady space to slow down, untangle what feels overwhelming, and help you find a clearer way forward.
Client Focus
Session Format: Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult, Young Adult
Demographic Expertise: Buddhist, Jewish, Men, Military / Veterans clients.
Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Transactional Analysis Explores interactions through the lens of Parent, Adult, and Child roles. It aims to improve communication and self-awareness.
Approach Description: Because no two people experience life the same way, my practice is fundamentally integrative and relational. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I blend evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches tailored to what you need in the moment. I have extensive experience supporting individuals moving through anxiety, OCD, depression, low self-esteem, trauma recovery, addiction, and relationship difficulties. Whether you are looking to heal from the past, navigate a current crisis, or develop a kinder relationship with yourself, we will take that journey at your pace.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent nearly a decade working in the humanitarian and charity sector. This has included working in areas of refugee support, child protection, gender based violence, criminal justice and education. My career within the humanitarian sector has provided me with in-depth experience working with different communities and cultures from around the world.

If you’d like to explore working together, the first step is for us to have a short phone call where you can ask questions and get a sense of what it might be like to work together.
Questions I often ask on the initial call which you might find helpful to reflect upon are:
1) Why are you seeking therapy?
2) What do you hope might change through our work?
3) Why now?
