You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or like you’re constantly holding it together for everyone else while quietly falling apart inside. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Together, we’ll create a space where you can be real—no pressure, no judgment. My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and a little bit challenging when needed. We’ll explore patterns, build insight, and focus on practical tools that actually help you feel more in control, confident, and aligned with the life you want.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, attachment-based work, and trauma-informed care to help you understand your patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and build healthier ways of coping.
I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and says “how does that make you feel?”—we’ll explore what’s going on, but we’ll also focus on real, practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I balance support with gentle challenge, helping you gain insight while also creating meaningful change.
At the core, I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and actually helpful—not confusing or clinical. You don’t have to have everything figured out—we’ll make sense of it together.
