I am a Registered Social Worker, and I provide counselling for adults, teens, and children struggling with stress, anxiety, anger, depression, and ADHD. I also provide counselling, support, and guidance for family members of individuals with ADHD to help navigate the many challenges and concerns that come up in relationships impacted by ADHD. I’m committed to working with my clients in a way that helps them feel truly heard and understood and helping people move towards real change in their lives. I am passionate about helping people live life with less stress, overwhelm, conflict, and challenge and move towards improved wellbeing in life and relationships.
