I am London-based integrative psychotherapist whose practice is grounded in a relational, trauma-informed approach. Her work explores how personal history, unconscious processes, and broader social narratives shape emotional life. With a background in group analysis, I draw on Foulkes’ theory to understand how our mental lives are shaped by the relational systems we inhabit — from families to cultures.
A significant focus of my practice is supporting gay men through both individual and group therapy. I work with issues including identity, intimacy, internalised shame, HIV, grief, and navigating heteronormative spaces — helping clients unpack societal narratives and foster resilience.
I lso work with clients experiencing trauma, chronic grief, and psychosomatic distress, as well as professionals under pressure in high-stakes roles. My therapy space offers room to reflect on performance-related stress, emotional burnout, and the internalisation of systemic expectations.
My clinical experience includes work with the Terrence Higgins Trust and the NHS South London and Maudsley IAPT service, where I supported clients through crisis interventions, short- and long-term therapy, and a range of psychological challenges.
Having lived across three continents, I bringsa cross-cultural perspective to my work, informed by a rich understanding of identity, power, and belonging. Prior to psychotherapy, I worked in business and the creative industries — experience that deepens my insight into the complex pressures people face in both personal and professional domains.
Clients describe me as warm, relational, candid, and grounded, with a sure-footed yet humorous style that helps them feel safe exploring difficult terrain. Central to my practice is a belief in each person's capacity for growth — supported through authentic, collaborative, and attuned therapeutic work.
