I work in a warm, informal, and deeply human way. I see you as the expert on yourself, and my role is to help you make sense of what lies beneath the surface: your patterns, relationships, wounds, pressures, and life experiences. I bring together genuine warmth, honest connection, deep pattern recognition, and a structured approach, so that therapy feels both easy to step into and meaningful in what it uncovers. I believe the best therapy happens when you can be real, speak freely, and feel understood without having to perform or pretend.

Treatment Approach
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Schema Therapy Identifies deep-rooted negative patterns formed in childhood. It combines CBT, attachment theory, and experiential methods for change.
Approach Description: My work is primarily relational, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming. I have particular expertise in ADHD, autism, attachment difficulties, relationship struggles, conflict, long-term emotional distress, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. I am especially interested in the patterns that repeat, the dynamics that keep you stuck, and the ways early relationships can continue to shape emotions, self-worth, and how you relate to others (and yourself).
I bring together therapeutic depth, genuine human connection, and a structured way of making sense of what is happening beneath the surface. Alongside established therapeutic practice, my work is also informed by Recognition Loops™, the framework I have developed to understand recurring patterns in emotions, relationships, identity, behaviour, and distress.
This helps us make sense of what keeps repeating, what feels difficult to shift, and what may need to change for life to feel more manageable, authentic, and fulfilling.
