Treatment Approach

  • Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.

Approach Description: My approach is eclectic, trauma-informed, and client-centered, drawing from CBT, REBT, and EMDR. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and begin shaping a tailored treatment plan based on your goals. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences intersect, and work toward building insight, establishing healthy boundaries, and regaining control of your life.
