Treatment Approach
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: Here is what I’ve come to understand about chronic stress and anxiety: it’s not primarily a thinking problem. It’s a body problem. What I have learned over my career is that insight isn't enough. So I work with the whole embodied person, not just the story you tell about your anxiety, but the place in your body where it actually lives.
