I specialize in working with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety and panic, life transitions and stressors, emotional dysregulation, self-confidence and self-esteem challenges, and communication difficulties. I also work with clients struggling with trauma or addictions. I have experience working with clients individually. I am aware of how difficult it can be to find a therapist you connect with and who you feel comfortable collaborating with in your journey. I want to acknowledge how far you have already come in deciding to seek support and to recognize what an accomplishment that is.
