As a student therapist, I am passionate about helping my clients move towards greater meaning and connection with their values and life goals. By helping individuals become aware of any obstacles and maladaptive patterns that are keeping them stuck at this moment, I work with people to help them move towards the best version of themselves. Regardless of the specific approach that I may use, I always place my clients first by recognizing that you are the expert in your life. I work to connect my expertise with your expertise to provide a comprehensive, client-centered, and evidence-based approach to our psychotherapy sessions. I believe that a large part of the work of psychotherapy lies within the therapeutic relationship, where a client can feel safe and supported in order to take the steps towards change and believe in themselves. Therefore, my primary goal in psychotherapy is to offer a non-judgmental and safe space, together with empathy, warmth, and compassion.
