I practice evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness, and I combine these methods with a warm, compassionate, pragmatic, and goal-oriented approach. As an accredited-Certified Hypnotherapist, I bring expertise in a variety of modalities including my own A Rose in Bloom© conceptual hypnotherapy. I also specialize in NLP and MER therapies as well as Cognition Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with medical and dental referrals with professional health practitioners to provide a holistic approach.
