Su Boudreau, LMFT
Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Domestic Violence Counselor
A secure online platform will be used for weekly sessions. I have found that online/telehealth therapy has been an effective and safe method to meet with clients which provides its own unique benefits, such as the convenience of being at home or at work for clients to help manage busy schedule, financial and time saving from reduced traveling needs, as well as health conscious people. Therapy services utilizing telehealth mode showed in research studies with increased attendance and treatment outcome.
Telehealth's another key benfit is the ability to provide the quality service/Clinician unbound by geographical locations. The availability of online therapy expand the opportunity to meet the service needs for more people with personal, practical limitations. For example, Bipolar is when someone is experiencing extreme polar emotional fluctuations at different times. We all can experience opposite emotional experiences that can be a part of life. It is up to the clinicians to examine whether your symptoms are clinically significant or not. When it is diagnosed, it often necessitates medication treatment along with psychotherapy as it is one of the most difficult conditions to treat without medication in severe to moderate presentations. It is also one of highly complex diagnoses that a master's level educated licensed marriage and family therapists and social workers, for example, are not typically expected to diagnose bipolar disorder. At the Practice, the skilled practitioner/Clinician is available who's been experienced with identifying such complicated symptoms in a much shorter period as well as to provide effective clinical treatment and recommendations. Researches found that it takes about 10 years for someone to be properly diagnosed with complicated diagnosis, such as bipolar from the time the person first contact a mental health service for help. They are commonly misdiagnosed with depression. That is a 10 year of wasted life, energy, deteriorated relationships, and reduced productivity/income on someone. I highly recommend contacting the office asap if you suspect that you have the related and/or other various symptoms.
Starting a therapy journey is an investment in one's future life. It will take time, conscious and even financial committment for at least next 3 to 6 months for most people. Just like many aspects in life, the commitment to work on making the necessary changes in yourself is the requirement to see effective results in therapy. Those who are committed in the process and ready will leap the rewards. The practice wants to hear from those who are ready for making the positive changes!

Julie Levin
Marriage and Family Therapist, MFT
I help individual adults cope with difficult family members. Whether problems stem from addiction, mental illness, neuodivergence, developmental delays, dementia, personality disorders, or control issues, you probably find yourself feeling resentful, exhausted, frustrated, overwhelmed, worried, sad, and stuck. I know what this is like. Mental illness and addiction run in my family, so I’ve had to learn how set amazing boundaries, prioritize self-care, take action when I have the ability to do so, and let go when things are not in my control (which may be the hardest part). For the past 20+ years, it’s been my honor and pleasure to share everything I’ve learned with my own clients, helping them create more space for themselves, find more joy and ease, and step back from the fear, guilt, and obligation (FOG) to find more clariety and peace.

Online therapy offers a flexible and effective way to engage in meaningful therapeutic work from the comfort of your own space. Many individuals find that being in a familiar environment—with access to personal comforts and grounding tools—can support a greater sense of ease and safety during sessions.
I offer online therapy through a secure virtual platform and have extensive experience providing trauma-informed care in this format. Approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts-based work can be adapted effectively for online sessions, allowing us to work at a nervous-system level while remaining closely attuned to your experience. Online therapy can be especially supportive for teens and young adults, while remaining equally effective for adults across the lifespan.
Whether you value the convenience of avoiding a commute, need greater flexibility in scheduling or location, or simply prefer receiving care from home, online therapy can be a deeply connecting and impactful option. We will regularly check in about what is working for you and adjust as needed to ensure the experience feels supportive, effective, and aligned with your needs.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
I continue to see the majority of my clients online due to the pandemic. Many clients have stated their preference for an online platform finding it much easier to make therapy a part of their weekly schedule without the added consideration of traffic, child care, or other preparation. A number of clients live a good distance away as well and will remain online clients even when the pandemic is over. I find online therapy equally effective as in person and have had good outcomes with clients online.
