I deeply enjoy offering psychotherapy because it provides a powerful and accessible medium, where we can share and uncover, allowing me to assist people to live a meaningful and fulfilling life with with joy, resilience and growth. It’s an incredible privilege to create a safe and compassionate space where someone feels seen, heard and understood, often for the first time. Being part of a journey where individuals uncover their inner strengths, navigate challenges and gain a deeper understanding of themselves, reduce their symptoms and address problems is profoundly rewarding. I have 25 years of experience in psychotherapy (with PhD) and my approach is built on gentleness, openness, acceptance and curiosity, and together we find ways to disentangle, understand, manage, and change unhelpful patterns, overwhelming feelings, challenging conditions, or past experiences that can hold us entrapped. I recommend an initial consultation to get to know each other. I pursue a multimodal therapy approach and have extensive knowledge in dealing with psychological, social, relational, family and professional problems. My specialisations include, among others: • Stress management, coping strategies and burnout prevention • Reactions to any stress, including relational, social, familial, personal and professional • Anxiety disorders and related symptoms • Depressions and related challenges around mood • Challenges in professional life, especially during career changes and in leadership positions • Adjustment disorders, losses, separation, trauma and other life changes • Problems in interpersonal relationships, partner and family challenges I prefer to work in an active and collaborative way. Alongside in-person session in Central London, I offer online sessions. These are usually via Zoom, although I also use other platforms to suit the preferences of the individual.
