This scares the mind because it makes control questionable. Life transitions can be uprooting even when they are happy events like a marriage or becoming parents for the first time. Accepting and embracing change is what one needs to understand and to learn. Two of the methods I use are rooting in the Chinese I-Ching, the book of change.
