Using Somatic Experiencing approaches, you and I will go step-by-step, working to understand and improve how your fight/flight/freeze/fawn systems show up within your life. We will steadily build your nervous system's resilience, adaptability, and resourcefulness. Long story short, you tell me how you'd like to feel, and we'll start coaching your nervous system to be more and more able to access those feelings.
