I help individuals navigate concerns such as specific traumatic experiences, anxiety, major life transitions, relationship and family concerns, and the emotional impact of living with a chronic health condition.
My approach is warm, individualized, and grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT), with foundations in psychodynamic and attachment-based work. I incorporate EMDR when it is a good fit, along with mindfulness and nervous-system-informed approaches.
I especially enjoy working with insightful, self-aware clients who have a sense of what they want to address and are ready to take an active role in the process. I value a strong therapeutic relationship that supports greater self-understanding, shifts longstanding patterns, and meaningful change.
Weekly sessions are generally recommended at the outset, with frequency tailored to individual needs.
