I see clients across the US and internationally. I address anxiety, life transitions, stress, family and relational dynamics, and trauma, and also welcome those without a specific diagnosis who are simply striving for improved well-being. The journey can be challenging to navigate alone, but recognizing the need for support is the first courageous step towards breaking free from stagnation and experiencing genuine, transformative change. If you're motivated for change but need support finding your path, I'm here.

HUGH R STEWART III
Hypnotherapist, Ph.D., ACHt.
I only do partner and coaching sessions online. Emotional release work has to be done in person. Coaching can be done individually online as long as you have done significant personal growth and emotional release work on yourself. If I find you have blockages from your past, we will need to do those sessions in person for emotional release, breathwork, or hypnotherapy.
I teach the Imago communication technique online with partners whether you are monogamous or non monogamous with your partner. Each learns how to request and deliver feedback, communicate one at a time with the other to mirror, validate, and empathize with what is being said, and listen effectively without formulating a response while the other person is talking. The most important aspect is being able to get into the other persons world of perceptions and experiences without being jaded by our own past triggers and experiences.

Counselor/Therapist, PhD
More often than you would like, you find yourself repeating old patterns in your most important relationships—the relationship you have with yourself, your partner, your family, and/or your friends. Misunderstandings, insecurity, and past hurts bring disappointment, loneliness, anger, abandonment, or rejection once more. Your best intentions fall short, and you feel cut off from the joy, intimacy, and connection that you truly desire. Before you give up, we should talk. When we work together, we will intentionally interrupt those negative cycles that keep you stuck so that you can repair broken relationship bonds, make healthy choices in your relationships, and be brave enough to love deeply.

With technology, you can experience all the benefits of in-person therapy on secure, easy-to-use, high-quality internet platforms. Online sessions allow you to do therapy in the comfort of your own home or allow you flexibility in environments that best suit you. It can be especially helpful to those who find it challenging to travel to an office for appointments due to location, work, children at home, lifestyle, or other practical or personal reasons.
While there are multiple ways that counseling can take place online, I work primarily with face-to-face video conferencing via Zoom and, on occasion, telephone sessions.
I always hold my sessions in a quiet and confidential space, giving you the same confidentiality & professionalism that you experience within an office setting.
Most, if not all, of my clients, find virtual sessions to be highly effective and convenient. They allow for the comfort and safety of therapy in your own space, and no travel time is often less vulnerable than needing to go to an office. Research of multiple studies finds that online therapy is equally effective as in-person for most cases. That being said I always advocate for what works best for each individual and it is wonderful to have choices to find your best path whichever that may be.
If you are not super-computer savvy or are anxious about how to use technology, I will work to make it as seamless as possible. I have chosen a platform that is easy to use and I am happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
A common concern I hear from clients regarding online therapy is finding a quiet and/or confidential space when you’re homebound with children and/or family members or roommates. Be sure and scope this out in advance so you are guaranteed quiet and privacy during your session.
Since it is so convenient many times people forget to allow themselves a few minutes to "switch hats" and allow themselves a few breaths and get settled into being present and in the head/body space for your session.
Headphones or Airpods can often make audio clearer or ensure more privacy but are not necessary.
Given that video sessions can be conducted on your smartphone, clients have found it helpful to go to a park, sit in their car in the driveway, and/or walk around your neighborhood. Get creative and support yourself. Find a private space that allows you to receive support no matter where you are.
You are welcome to have pets join your space if you find that comforting, and supporting, and you may see my fellow feline/canine therapists join in one of our sessions on my end.

Teletherapy, also known as online therapy or telehealth, offers numerous benefits and advantages for both therapists and clients. Teletherapy breaks down geographical barriers, allowing clients to access mental health services regardless of their location. This can be especially beneficial for individuals living in rural areas or areas with limited access to mental health resources. Teletherapy also offers convenience, as sessions can be conducted from the comfort of the client's home or any other location with internet access. This eliminates the need for travel time, transportation costs, and scheduling conflicts, making therapy more accessible and manageable for busy individuals.

Kevin J. Drab
Counselor/Therapist, M.A., M.Ed.; LPC, CAADC, CEMDRT
As I do in-office and online sessions I have found many advantages and disadvantages to each venue.
My experience of teaching online has provided me with a comfort and knowledge in knowing how to provide an effective therapeutic experience, which includes the use of apps and online forms, videos and illustrations. I have found that clients adapt rapidly to the online process, and almost everything done in an office can be accomplished. The convenience of this approach is attractive to most clients. There are, however, limitations to online versus a live setting.
The ability to observe and interact in an office provides a much more informative and in-depth connection, and the options for therapeutic physical exercises. As much of my work is based on carefully observing and hearing useful nuances in an individuals behavior - how the information I gain from your body, especially eyes, and voice, can often be more important than just what you are saying.
In either case therapy can be done effectively online and in the office, and it is up to my skills as a therapist to collaboratively create effective sessions with you.
