If you are looking to overcome unwanted mental, emotional and behavioural patterns and responses, the most effective and efficient path includes hypnosis and meditation. The American Medical Association states, 6 hours of Hypnotherapy is the equivalent to 600 hours of Psychotherapy. Said another way, what can be achieved in 6 hours of hypnosis would take 11 and a half years in Psychotherapy. Additionally, numerous scientific studies have shown that meditation significantly reduces anxiety, depression and related stress responses. There are four ways in which Meditation and Hypnosis are used to help people create change.
