I have been working with ADD/ADHD and Chemical Dependency for over 30 years, in a variety of settings from research, inpatient to out-patient and in my private practice. I worked in Care Units in the '80's helping families cope with the disease of addiction in family members. I worked with children at UCI who were hospitalized for severe impulse control issues.  

In private practice for 32 years. I am interested in assisting you with your emotional growth and well-being. It's normal at times in life to have conflicts, but sometimes we need guidance to discover healthier ways to navigate through these challenges to have a more healthy and rewarding life!
