My role as a therapist is to help my clients recover their true sense of self by learning to make healthier choices and improve relationships with themselves and others. I believe that therapy can be a fulfilling, empowering experience.

When I was a young adult in my 20s' and navigating therapy for the first time, I wished that there were more therapists with whom I could identify and relate. Now, as a therapist myself, I feel grateful to be in that position for others. I identify as a South Asian/Indian-American woman, an immigrant, 1.5 generation, and a person of color. I am interested in providing services to adults and couples who may be confronting their own identities, individually, in their relationships, in their families, and in the world at large.
I have been in the field of social work for 20 years and have focused on private practice for the past 4 years. My style is respectful, compassionate, and direct.
