I’ve been in practise since 2016 and feel very blessed having had the opportunity to help so many people on their healing journey. My first focus is always in creating a safe space; one of understanding, compassion and openness. Anyone attending therapy needs to feel safe, secure, and seen and understood by their therapist. Though there’s a lot more that I do in my work with people than above, it’s those foundations - the relationship between therapist and clients - that everything else we do is built from. You will get 100% from me, as well as a dedication to continual learning and exploring, refining already known approaches, as well as adding in new tools and techniques. I know therapy can be a nervous thing to first try, but I’m sure in saying that I will put anyone at ease very quickly, and that anyway that sticks with therapy - and feels safe and heard by myself - will experience change that is hard to almost hard to believe until it starts to happen.
