I’m am an experienced and fully qualified therapist, working both online and in person. I was born and raised in London. Personal therapy helped me to untangle my relationship with myself and my emotions.
The world alone is a chaotic place to manage our own unknowns, anxieties, and traumas. I understand that everyone experiences the world in different ways, so unique problems require bespoke responses.
Our lives are constantly creating new beginnings, change, and endings, so it’s natural to feel emotions strongly, think differently and respond atypically. I help clients explore all spheres of their life to help them build hope and to cope.
Counselling can result in significant change to our life experience. I speak from both personal and professional experience. I understand that despite how difficult we might find our situation, changing it can be complicated and it can also be frightening. We need space and time. I have worked as a primary counsellor, family therapist, a group facilitator and supervisor in various settings and ran parenting skills,family and divorce groups.
I have been working with NHS as well as running a private practice for several years now, engaging with C.R.I. (Crime Prevention Incentives) and Child Protection Services which allows me to deeply understand anxiety, depression, conflict, low self esteem, drug and alcohol dependency, trauma, self-harm, sexual issues as well as working with patients coming to terms with medical diagnosis.
I work with individuals, couples and families and am am registered with BUPA, BUPA Global, AXA and VITALITY

I am a trained CBT Counsellor as well as an Integrative Counsellor. My aim is to work the best way that suits my clients needs. As a counsellor forming a good working relationship with the clients is vital as it allows the clients to open up and feel comfortable to talk about their issues without feeling that they have been judged.
As well as this I am a very empathic and a good listener.
I love working with people who have a yearning to become unapologetically themselves, want to listen to their inner voice and be able to let go of the trauma that seems to keep them stuck in the past. There is nothing better than seeing my clients create the lives they want to live and be who they really are.
