It can be difficult to navigate through life and stay within the limits of your beliefs and commitments... it’s comforting to talk to an expert who can help lift you spiritually when you need it most.

Christian counselling is distinct from secular counselling in that it approaches psychology through the lens of the bible. However secular counselling from a christian perspective offers the advantage of a robust psychological knowledge in the backdrop of a christian experience and perspective.

I work with those with faith or making sense of a religious upbringing.
